  • Yes, we have a minimum of two of our Sweeters, who will take the tour and accompany the children during the workshop and snack experience.

  • The base price does not include these services, but we can manage them as an additional service.

  • Yes, we can customize the birthday with decorations, cake, and more. We also offer additional options to give you a plus, such as our cotton candy and popcorn machine.

  • The price is per group and there is an additional fee for each extra child.

  • The maximum number of children is 25.

  • We recommend not to exceed the maximum for the event to be amazing. In case there are more children than expected, an additional fee will be charged.

  • We recommend children between 4 and 9 years old so that they can enjoy all our facilities and activities to the fullest.

  • No, both the workshop and the museum visit are designed for all children to enjoy equally, regardless of age. Our experience shows that everyone ends up happy and delighted.

  • The visit to the museum lasts 45 minutes.

  • 45 minutes of workshop and 45 minutes of snack.

  • Yes, it can be done both on weekdays and weekends without any problem.

  • Our opening hours are from 11:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 20:00. However, we recommend celebrating birthdays in the afternoon.

  • Yes, you can bring your own snacks, cakes and so on.

  • Yes, we have a space available for the workshop and then the snack.

  • We recommend booking at least 15 days in advance to have everything ready and to make sure everything looks great.

  • Payment of 50 euros is required to reserve the date and time. Full payment for the birthday can be made both in advance and at the end of the event.

  • The 50 euro reservation fee is non-refundable.

  • Yes, you can change the date without penalty. We recommend changing the date at least one week in advance.

  • In our basic package, a maximum of 4-5 parents can attend. In the more advanced packages, all parents who wish can accompany the tour of the museum. For the time of the workshop, we recommend that only the children are present, with the presence of a small number of parents, to ensure the smooth running of the activity and that the children enjoy the experience to the fullest.

  • No, adults do not pay admission.

  • Yes, if organized in advance, we make sure that everyone has the appropriate snacks.

  • Yes, we appreciate the advance notice so that we can properly manage this sensitive issue.
